This site is not the product of any Chamber- or City-related undertaking, nor is it officially sanctioned or overseen by any City of Rice Lake government entity.  We do not receive any form of remuneration from, nor do we charge any fees for, any business to be listed on this site.  We do however, receive very small commissions from affiliate links that help in keeping the site up and running.

We – Northern Sky Designs, LLC – have been in business for 25 years, designing websites and doing other website work (domain name registration, keyword research, SEO, social media marketing, and more). It has long been our passion; we have experienced the uncomfortable pain of failure, as well as the endless joys of success. We love what we do, and we will continue to do it as long as we are able.

The VisitRiceLake.com website is the result of many years of thought, many visions, and many trips to and through Rice lake. We found the City to be filled with people who are friendly, warm and hospitable. We found the town to be filled with businesses that are no less so.

We became full-time residents of the City of Rice Lake on April 30th of 2021. It has been our goal and desire to contribute and give back to the City in a manner that will be as helpful as possible. It is also our goal to dedicate our efforts – and a steadily progressing and growing website – to the people and businesses of Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
